TURN AROUND TIME: Currently, our turn around time from order to shipment is about 2-3 weeks, not including holidays. All orders are shipped USPS Priority (unless other arrangements are made), which takes 1-3 business days after an order ships. Please contact us if you have any questions or need something sooner. We will do our best to accommodate any reasonable request.

RETURNS POLICY: Because each item I create is custom made, all sales are final. If something is made incorrectly due to an error on my part, I will work with you to make it right.
